How do I become a customer of Tibnor?

If you want to become a customer of Tibnor, you need to apply for that here. After you have submitted your application, we will contact you. The application will be processed within a few days. When applying, a credit report is always taken from the company.

We no longer support the Internet Explorer browser (version 11 or earlier) as this is an old browser that is no longer maintained by Microsoft and does not work with modern web technology. Therefore, we recommend using one of the following browsers instead: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.

I want to shop in Tibnor's customer portal, how do I do it?

As an existing customer of Tibnor, you fill in an account application which you can find here. If you are a completely new customer to Tibnor, you apply to become a customer here.

How do I log in to Tibnor's customer portal?

Click on "Log in" at the top right of the page. Enter your email address and password. If you do not have login information, click "Become a customer" in the main menu to create a new account.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

Click on "Log in" at the top right of the page. Then click on the link "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. Then new login details are sent to the e-mail address you selected when you registered.

Can I add a new consignee?

Tibnor creates consignee, that you can then select before submitting your order. If you want to create a new consignee, contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you. For those of you with an account in the customer portal, you can click on your name and then click on contact customer support. Then your question is sent directly to your personal sales contact.

Can I change or add something to an existing order if I come up with something afterwards?

If you have received an order confirmation, you can not make changes on your own. Contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you. Can I add specific requests to my order or order line?

Yes, you can add specific transport and labeling requirements, e.g. requirements for crane truck.

How can I cancel a confirmed order?

What kind of documents are available online via Tibnor's customer portal?

Via order status, you can retrieve order recognition, quotation, delivery note, invoice and certificate.

How do I use the Quick order function?

If you already know in advance which item numbers to order, you can use the Quick order function. You use it by logging in to the portal and going to your shopping cart.

Inside the shopping cart, enter the desired item number and click on "check item number". If the item number is correct, the product will appear and you can easily add it to your shopping cart. A perfect way to work when ordering several products from an already predetermined list.

You who have your own article numbers can also match these with Tibnor's article numbers. This means that you can use the Quick order function with your own article numbers and the right product will appear. If you want to match your article numbers, contact us by email or phone and we will help you.

How do I find my company-specific prices?

In logged-in mode, you can see your company-specific prices after you have filled in the desired quantity. Cost for packaging and shipping will be added.

How do I download the price list to Excel?

Log in and click on your name and then click on "My overview". Under "My overview", click on the link "Download price file". Then click on the Tibnor-Pricelist button. The file is downloaded to your Downloads.

Then open your Excel application on your computer and open a new workbook. Then go to the data tab and select there From text and select the file you just downloaded and click on import. The text import wizard opens.

Then perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure UTF-8 is selected, and then click Next.
  2. Check the semicolon as the delimiter, and then click Next and Finish
  3. Click OK

I can not find the product I am looking for, what can I do?

How do I get a material certificate for my orders?

You indicate on each order line if a certificate is desired. You can then download the certificate in the order status page.

Where can I see my latest invoice?

When you log in to My pages, you will find order status in the menu. There you can search by, order number, my order number and date. On each order, you can choose to download an invoice by clicking on documents. If you as an existing customer do not have a login to our customer portal, you can apply for it or contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you.

I need an invoice copy, how do I get it?

If you are logged in, you can search for invoices under order status. If you are not logged in, you can automatically apply for this here. Enter your invoice number and we will automatically send an invoice copy to the invoice recipient's e-mail address.

Where do I turn for warranty matters?

I have a credit note that I want to get paid and have no invoice to set it off against, how do I do that?

Contact our accounts receivable via kreditavdelning@tibnor.com and enter customer number, credit note number and which BG / account number you want it paid to.

Can you get electronic invoices from Tibnor?

Yes, we handle different formats for electronic invoicing. See information here, where you also have the opportunity to electronically register for various solutions. You also have the opportunity to receive your invoices via e-mail. By ordering the invoices directly to your e-mail, you can easily save your invoices in PDF format where you know where they are. At the same time, you save on the environment by using less paper and fewer mail transports.

Can I as a private person shop at Tibnor?

Only companies can shop at Tibnor.

Where should I send my invoices as a supplier?

Suppliers send invoices to autoinvoiceSE@tibnor.com.

As a supplier, I have questions, where do I turn?

For other questions related to suppliers, we refer to invoice@tibnor.com. You as a supplier can also download and read our Instructions to Suppliers.

I have to deliver goods and need to book unloading, how do I do that?

To book unloading of goods, you do so via our booking system, which you can find here.
